Evotech 4.0
Head of Operations, brand & web
Ran the city's biggest inter-school tech fest in 2025: 20+ on the team, 18 schools, 500+ students over two days, record sponsorships, and Evotech's first website.

I was Head of Operations for Evotech 4.0, first in command on the student union side. Our job was to run the largest inter-school tech fest in the city. I led 20+ organizers through the fourth annual Evotech, an IT and management fest for schools, and I handled operations, sponsorships, the brand, print, and the website.
Leadership & scale
Eighteen schools sent teams. More than 500 students showed up across two days. We beat our own records on money raised, turnout, and sponsor deals. Most people on the team said it was the strongest Evotech yet.
Brand identity
Evotech gets a new look every year. For 4.0 I owned the full identity: direction, logo lockups, type, and color. Everything had to read from far away, look good in photos, and stay consistent on banners and screens.

Collateral & on-ground
I designed and produced the full kit: banners, ID cards, wristbands, sponsor boards, and signage for registration and stages. We had to swap sponsor logos late more than once. The system held up.
Digital platform
Evotech had never had its own site before. I designed and built evotechfest.com so schools could find schedules, rules, and registration in one place. I also made room for sponsors on the same site.
